Customers may return certain unused products in exchange for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Customers must present the original purchase receipt at the time of transaction.

All refunds and exchanges must occur onsite. Customers must bring the original purchase receipt and the product intended for return to our retail location at 2720 College St. Jacksonville, FL 32205. 

All refunds will be delivered to the Original Payment Method used at the time of the original transaction. Please allow 1-2 weeks for return payments to be processed. 

All items must remain unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Bold City Music Co. may accept exchanges of lightly used items or items no longer in their original packaging at the discretion of the sales staff. Any refunds for exchanges of lightly used items or items no longer in their original packaging may be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.

Certain items are ineligible for return and/or exchange. These items are listed as follows:

• Consumable items including but not limited to instrument accessories such as strings, picks, rosin, mouthpieces, and cleaning supplies; office supplies, and batteries. 

• Items subject to Copyright Law including but not limited to all printed material such as books, sheet music, and instructional supplies.

• Discounted items including but not limited to items on sale, items on clearance, and discounted bundle packages.

• All services including but not limited to music lessons, group classes, and workshops.

• Any products purchased through third party entities including but not limited to vendors, retail partners, or distributors.
